Malcolm Johnstone
Managing
Director
Malcolm has been involved in the traffic management and road maintenance industry since 1997. He is the former Managing Director of SRL Traffic Systems Hire Division having spent nearly 13 years with the company. Malcolm specialises in helping businesses expand through improved operational procedures and business development.
Faye Johnstone

Assistant
Faye is a dedicated administrative assistant and has flourished in her role since joining Galvmac. Faye works alongside Shannon to manage all aspects of administration, as well as specialising in vehicle management and training.
Mark Galvin
Operations
Director
Mark’s experience has been gained in several roles within the civil engineering industry, working from an Engineer to a Construction Director at Galvin Contracts Ltd. His expertise is planning, managing, and delivering all aspects of road repairs to local authorities and main contractors in civil engineering and national roads.

Director
Barry is an experienced Finance Director with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance. Since 2019, Barry has been co-owner of One Way Traffic Management where he has overseen financial and strategic planning through a period of sustained growth.
Dean McDonnell
Operations
Manager
Dean has 17 years of experience in the construction industry, including 16 years as a Reinstatement Manager. He spent 11 years working on the Northumbrian Water contract with Fast Flow Pipeline Services, followed by four years at IQA, managing operations on behalf of CityFibre. He covered all aspects of civil works, backfill, and reinstatement, whilst conducting health and safety audits to address and resolve any concerns.

Shannon is a highly organised and detail-oriented office manager who has experience in the construction industry working for local groundworks and civil engineering companies. She manages all aspects of administration, accounts and procurement for Galvmac while coordinating with the team to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
